Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have had the pleasure of working with Hannon Constructions on two projects - a Granny Flat/Studio Conversion and a Shed Project Build. During both of these constructions we were very impressed with the level of professionalism, integrity and quality finish that they, completed our projects with. Every step of the way was explained and carried out with minimal impact to our routine and daily life. The trades they employed were friendly, polite and true professionals in their own right, collectively producing a high-quality construction. We highly recommend Ryan, Tara & their team and will use them in future projects

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ryan at Hannon Constructions and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Unlike other builders who might shy away from anything out of the ordinary, they were happy to try something new and really embraced our architecturally different design. The whole team, especially Tara, was a pleasure to deal with and turned what's usually a stressful process into a smooth, enjoyable one. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting something a bit different that looks amazing.

What Sydney Hills & Hawkesbury
homeowners say about us

Professionalism and workmanship second to none

Just a small note of appreciation for the work you completed at our home. We have used a number of different tradesmen over the years and you have been by far the best tradesman we have dealt with. Your professionalism, workmanship and communication are second to none.

The project ran flawlessly, and with you being so meticulous with the quality of your work, the end results are amazing. We are extremely pleased with the results and have received numerous compliments.
We found it so much easier to work with a tradesman who kept us informed at every step along the way and completed the work upon the agreed timetable.

We would not think twice about using your services again in the future or recommending your work to our family and friends.

Delivered the highest possible quality, beyond our brief

We were referred to Ryan through another tradesman who we knew was a perfectionist so we had every faith that Ryan and his team would be able to deliver the high standards of building and finishes we wanted.
Every step of the way we knew Ryan had our best interests at heart and he often went beyond our brief to ensure he delivered the highest possible quality.

Ryan was able to plan ahead, stay on budget and provide excellent service and advice at all times.
We have no hesitation in recommending Hannon Constructions – in fact we have done it already and would do it again!

So happy, we've already contracted Ryan for a second project

We decided to run with a local builder Ryan Hannon from Hannon Constructions to do some renovations to our house. After speaking with Ryan and listing to his ideas and vision my wife and I could not be happier with the end result.

From start to finish nothing was a problem for Ryan and his team, we wanted a few changes along the way, and he went beyond what was required to make sure that the job was finished and completed to a very high standard.

To anyone thinking of contracting Hannon Constructions to Build, Renovate, Fix Up, Change, Alter anything we would recommend them with the utmost confidence that you will get a fantastic job from a very hard working and most importantly honest man who knows his trade extremely well.

We were that happy with the results, we have already contracted Ryan to start a second project at home for us.
